Recovery
We perform repairs on city bikes no matter where you bought them. Electric bikes with motors from Bafang, Bosch or Shimano are also welcome.

Quick repair: tire replacement, chain or brake problems, lighting.
Usually done while you wait! -
Normal repairs: larger repairs, completed within 2 to 3 business days.
You will be notified via text message or email. Online payment is possible. -
Longer recovery: in case of greater waiting time, we provide a replacement bike.
Collection at home is possible, subject to payment of transport costs. Price on request.
We do not repair road bikes, gravel bikes or mountain bikes.
Maintenance
At Mobiel, we recommend that you have your bike serviced at least twice a year. That way you avoid major damage, stay safe on the road and avoid expensive repairs.

If desired, we also perform this maintenance at home.
Replacement bike rental
Are you having your bike repaired or serviced with us? Then you can rent a replacement bike when you turn in your own bike.
- Cost: 7 euros (regardless of the recovery period of your own bike)
- There is a choice between a city bike or an electric bike, depending on availability.
- The replacement bike will be returned when you pick up your own bike. Any damage from improper use will be charged.
Recovery Course
At Mobiel we not only offer quality repair and maintenance, we also provide repair courses for people who want to tinker with their bikes themselves. This course is divided into a basic and a specialization module. Each module consists of four three-hour lessons.
